Martha Flanagan

Martha Faye Maggard Flanagan, age 69 of Philadelphia, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. She was a loving wife, blessed mother, and beloved mimi to her grandchildren. She was strong in her faith with a vast knowledge of the bible. She loved the Lord and was a prayer warrior. 

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Sally Maggard; brother, Sammy Joe Maggard; sister, Rhonda Miller, and son-in-law, Robby Laudermilk. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Doug Flanagan; son, Jason Flanagan and wife Rebecca; daughter, Jennifer Laudermilk; grandchildren, Vada Flanagan, Tres Bias (Jaden), Cullen Flanagan, Hunter Laudermilk and Eden Laudermilk; two great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren on the way; sisters, Jean Bettis and husband Robert, Joan Holt and husband Dwight, Cheryl Joe and husband Won; brother, Greg Maggard and wife Lisa; two sisters-in-law, several nieces, nephews, and extended family. 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 12-2pm at Loudon Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 2pm with Rev. Greg Maggard officiating. Interment will be in the Tennessee Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Ray Johnson officiating.
