BLEDSOE, MILDRED WHITE "MAMAW GOOSTER" - 88 of Loudon, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2012, at the home of her daughter, Karen, in Huntington, W.Va. Mildred was a member of Corinth Baptist Church and retired employee of Union Carbide. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years, Lillard Bledsoe; parents, Fred and Pearl Wilson White; sisters, Elizabeth Maynard and husband Selmer, and Alma Lindsey; brother, Richard White. Survivors: children, Harley Bledsoe, Lenoir City, Anna Russell, Philadelphia, Phillip Bledsoe and wife Jerry, Loudon, Karen Bledsoe, Huntington, W.Va; six grandchildren, Christie Ervin, Hope Helms, Connie Brandon, Lenoir City, Tommy Bledsoe, Maryland, Loretta Johnson, Sevierville, and Stella (Buffy) Jones, Loudon; 14 great grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Betty Oody and husband Gene, Loudon, Loiuse Cannon, Cleveland; brother-in-law, and sister-in-law, Ralph and Sue Bledsoe, Loudon; sister-in-law, Norma Hope, Sweetwater; special companion, "Miss Medi". Family will receive friends 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Sunday prior to funeral services at 3:00 p.m., Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Jimmy Riner officiating. Interment in Loudon Co. Memorial Gardens.
