BATES, PAULINE L. - 89, of Loudon, passed away Thursday evening, at Kindred Healthcare Center, Loudon. Preceded in death by, parents, Everett F. and Mary Warfield Mathis; brother, Bud Mathis; sister, Kathryn Mathis Pendleton; son, Harry E. Bates. Survivors: children, Everett Bates of Eads, Tn, Beverly Bradshaw and Leo of Loudon, Tn, Mary Vesta Marcum and Ray of Guyton, Ga., Woodrow Bates, Jr. and Vicky of Kansas City, Kansas, Stephanie Snyder of Camden, Ohio, Tina Sage and Jeff of Louisville, Kentucky; father of children, Woodrow Bates, Sr. of Kansas City, Kansas; fifteen grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7:00 p.m. Sunday, Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Tim Watson officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, Indiana.
