Loving son, father & friend is survived by his parents, Judy & Russell Surrett, Loudon; two daughters, Chole age 14 and Catie age 5; grandmother, Mary Ann Chambers; brothers, Randall & Jeremy Surrett; Uncle Bart Byars and special friend, Greg Williamson and his special love, Amy.
