Randal ‘Randy’ Smith

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Randal D Smith, a devoted father, grandfather and cherished friend, on 11/28/2024 at the age of 65. He passed away peacefully at UT Medical Center, Knoxville TN, surrounded by his loved ones. Randy lived life to the fullest, and was known for his kind, caring, and humorous personality.

 Born on 05/10/1959, Randy was the son of Meredith and Ruth Smith. Randy is survived by his older brother Larry Smith, son Dustin, daughter Crystal, daughter in law Sabryna, and his five grandchildren. He is also survived by multiple nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Meredith, mother Ruth, and sisters Gail and Darlene, and Granddaughter Dezerea. 

 His departure comes as a great loss and a deep wound, and it is gravely felt by his entire family and friends who loved him deeply. The deeply appreciates your support during this difficult time. He will be missed dearly.

 A celebration of life will be on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 10AM at Loudon Funeral Home.
