Rev. Douglas C. "Doug" Easter 72. of Simpson Road. Loudon passed away Wednesday May 9. 2012 at Ft. Loudoun Medical Center. Doug was a member and former pastor of Loudon Freewill Baptist Church And also was former pastor of Burl's Chapel, Sweetwater, Athens Freewill Baptist Church and Niota Freewill Baptist Church. H e was a retired employee Of Rural Metro Ambulance Service. Preceded in death parents, Don & Mary Monday Easter. Veteran of Army. Survivors: wife of 52 Years, Patricia Presley Easter; Daughters, Cynthia Hutchens & Husband, Edward of Loudon, Frenice Bagwell & husband, Mike, Sweetwater; Son, Nick Wear & Fiance Johnna Lankford, Sweetwater; Grandchildren, Whitney Hutchens, Christopher Hutchens, Great-Granddaughter, Bersaes Hutchens; Special Great-Nephew, Coltin Presley;Niece, Donna Fay: Nephews, John Easter, Jr., Lenoir City, Randy Ledbetter,Chattanooga; Great Niece, Tisha Duncan; Great-Nephew, Winston Easter,Lenoir City. Family will receive friends 12 Noon---2 p.m. Saturday Prior to funeral services 2 p.m. at the Loudon Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Doyle Pruitt officiating. Interment Loudon Co. Memorial Gardens.
