Oley Russell age 79 of Loudon passed away Thursday December 26, 2013 at Starr Regional Medical Center in Athens, Oley pastored many area Baptist churches and retired employee of Loudon Farmers Co-Op. preceded in death by, parents, Tom R. and Ether Dills Russell, brother, Wilbert Russell, survivors, wife, Katheryn Renner Russell, children and spouses, James Russell, Lisa and Bruce Wattenbarger, Jerry and Stacey Russell, of Athens Mark and Brandy Russell of Tellico Plains. 11 grandchildren. Sisters, Phyllis Bivens and Ursa McCallie of Loudon. Imogene Haney and Evelyn Dotson of Atlanta. Ga. Funeral Service 7 p.m. Saturday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Thomas Lynn and Rev.
