Samuel "Rob" Lawhon age 94 of Loudon, Tennessee (formally from the Paint Rock Community) World War II Veteran with 4 bronze stars went to his heavenly home on 07, January 2017. He was a member of Blairland Baptist Church. He died at home surrounded by his family. Preceded in death by: wife Betty Britton, parents: Samuel and Annie Lawhon, brothers: Leonard, Jessie, Joe, Alex and Edd, sisters: Bessie Mitchell and Hattie Wallace. He is survived by his children: Jessie Lawhon (Dorothy), Ray Lawhon (Carolyn),of Loudon, Tennessee Sissy Moore (Will Edd) of Paint Rock Community, Lola Guilott (Juel) of South Carolina and Ruby Mclemore (David) of Madisonville, Tennessee, 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren. Funeral service 7 p.m. Monday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Watson and Rev. Carl Jenkins officiating. Interment 1 p.m. Tuesday Paint Rock Cemetery.
