Survivors: Son, T. D. & Jody Smallen, Sweetwater; Siblings, Brenda & Johnny Thearp, Doyle & Cathy Smallen, Loudon, Debbie & Steve Fitzpatrick, North Carolina. Family and friends will meet at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Loudon Funeral Home Chapel for Memorial Service with Rev. Ronnie Davis officiating family request no flowers please.
