Thomas Clayton Whitehead (Tom) of Knoxville born Nov. 7, 1962 passed away June 4, 2013 after battling cancer for several years. preceded in death by; father, Lawrence Whitehead, grandmother, Julia Lowery and sister, Carolyn Bryant. survivors; wife, Joan Whitehead, son, Tom Whitehead, daughters, Kristy and Ashley Whitehead. grandson, Noah Potter, granddaughter, Alexis Whitehead all of New York. mother, Carolyn Whitehead, brother, Tim Whitehead, sister, Melinda Mincey and husband Jake of Sweetwater. Several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and cousins. Special friends, Debbie Sands and Doris Ryan and family. Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Saturday at Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Becky Milligan and Rev. Danny Buchannan officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Sunday at Highland South Cemetery for graveside services and Interment. Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. prior to the service at Loudon Funeral Home www.loudonfuneralhome.net
