Tracy Denise (Brewington) Smith, 49 of Philadelphia, TN passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016. She is survived by husband, Randall Smith; daughter, Bridgett Wilson; step-daughter, Amber Smith and step-son, Dewayne Wilson; mother, Marie Finks; father, Wilford (Mary) Brewington; brothers, Darrell, Steve and Richard Brown; sisters, Rhonda (Danny) Moore and Andrea Earls; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral service for Mrs. Smith will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Rick Kirkland officiating. Interment to follow at Steekee Cemetery.
