Wanda Ballard

Wanda Faye Ballard “Nana” age 73 of Sweetwater passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021.  Wanda loved her red birds, adored her grandbabies, going catfishing, and all things sports. Wanda is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ballard; Parents, Denver Red and Iva Marie Wilson; Siblings, Donnie Ray Wilson, Troy Wilson, Roy Wilson, Freddie Wilson, Lois Day, and Barbara Harris Presley; Daughter in law, Nancy Thompson, Robin Ballard, Starla Hutchinson; Son in law, Steve Limburg; Granddaughter, Melissa Sue Ballard Jackson and husband Mac, Valerie Ballard, Brittany Ballard, Sharon Turner, and Cece Thompson.

Wanda is survived by children, Charles Lynn Ballard Jr. and wife Donna Sue Evans, Hugh Henry Ballard, Denver Allen Ballard and wife Courtney, Berlin J.W. Ballard and partner Chastity Lynn, Teresa Faye Limburg, C.J Ballard and wife Jessica, Tiffany Moose and husband Tim; Grandchildren, Chris Ballard , Aaliyah, Brooklynn, Abel and Saoirse Ballard, Josh Ballard, Savannah Ballard, Desirey Ballard, Chloe Mercer, Jaylan Moose, Theresa Stinnett, Samantha Limburg, Jessica Limburg, Brianna Price, Gregory Ballard, Jacob Stinnett, Nathaniel Stinnett, Eliza Stinnett, Alexis Roberts, Destiny Ballard, Landon Ballard, Braden Ballard, Sophia Graham, Rosemary Thompson, Isaiah Jackson, Zack Jackson, Emily Leigh Faith Stephens, Andrew Mercer, Kaley Mercer; Siblings, Molly Larrance and husband Danny, Billy Ray Wilson; Sister in law, Shirley Harrill and husband Tommy; Best friends, Chris and Brandy; Special Friend, Little Danny; Nephew, Clarence Harris Jr. and wife Elaine; Wanda is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 5-7 PM in the chapel of Loudon Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 7PM.  Rev. Danny Thornburg and Rev. Richard Lane will be officiating.  The graveside service will be at 11AM on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Cedar Valley Baptist Church Cemetery.
