Weeks Eggers

Weeks Delaney Eggers, age 93, of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Jean Lilley Eggers; Parents, Isaac D. Eggers and Lenior Weeks Eggers of Bristol, TN; Sister, Phylis Eggers Lyle of Knoxville; Father and Mother-in-law, David Burns Lilley and Bonnie Maiden Lilley, of Bristol, VA. He is survived by sister, Frances Eorgan of Florida;  Sons, David (Debbie) Eggers of Apex, NC and Bill (Susie) Eggers of Knoxville; Daughter, Mary Kay (Bobby) Buckner of Knoxville; Mr Eggers is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Mr. Eggers will lie in state from 4:00 - 6:00 pm, Monday, April 19, at Ball Camp Baptist Church, 2412 Ball Camp Byington Rd, Knoxville, TN 37931. Friends and family wishing to visit are asked to be masked and observe social distancing per church request.

Graveside service will be Tuesday, 11:00 am, at Glenwood Cemetery, 839 Bluff City Highway, Bristol, TN 37620 with Rev. Scott Price officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ball Camp Baptist Church.
