William H. Lowe 84, of Lenoir City passed away Saturday December 17, 2016 at his home. William is preceded in death by parents, Frank R. and Laura True Lowe. Survivors, wife, Dorothy Lowe of Lenoir City, Children, son, Billy and Pam Lowe of Loudon, Carolyn and Jerry Liford of Loudon, Bonnie and G.W. Bass of Oliver Springs, Sarah and Doug Hooker of Dalton Ga. Judith and J.R. Day of Loudon, Kendal Lowe of Lenoir City. step-children, Kandi Elliot and Hayward Lynn. 14 grand children and 14 great grandchildren. Sister, Lucy and J.T. Letterman of Loudon, brother, Sammy Joe Lowe of Cleveland. Funeral services 7 p.m. Monday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phillip Martin officiating. Interment 11 a.m. Tuesday Lakeview Cemetery.
