William Andrew “Joe” Owens, age 82 of Loudon, passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. Joe loved horses.

He is preceded in death by parents, Hugh and Ethel Owens.

He is survived by sisters, Myrtie Kennedy and Lucy Joins, special nephew Bob Kennedy and wife Jan.
