William "Bobby" White

William “Bob” “Bobby” Lawson White Sr., age 80 of Kingston TN, formerly of Lenoir City TN, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Meigs County Tennessee on July 30, 1943 to Maurine Oliver Waldron and Robert Lawson White. He retired from Interstate Mechanical Contractors as a pipe fitter. Bobby loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a member of Faith Chapel Ministry in Lenoir City where he enjoyed listening to brother Joe’s message. He married Dorothy (Dottie) Sturdivant on October 19, 1973. 

Bobby was preceded in death by parents; brothers, Jimmy White and Kenneth White; sister, Patsy Schuleman; half-brother, Dale White; grandmother, Lula Bell Oliver, and aunt, Luvelle Wear. He is survived by wife, Dottie Sturdivant White; son, William Lawson White Jr. and wife Angie; daughter, Susie Flickenger and husband Nick; grandchildren, Dominic Langston, Joey Roman, Connor and Melody White; several nieces, nephews, and extended family. 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 12pm - 1pm at Loudon Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 1pm with Rev. Joe Wallace officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service in the Beta Cemetery  8956 TN-58, Decatur, TN 37322.
