DAVIDSON, WILLIAM STILLMAN - 100, of Philadelphia passed away Tuesday evening, December 21, 2010 at UT Hospital. Mr. Davidson was born October 13, 1910 in Heron, Mississippi. He was a member of Philadelphia United Methodist Church for 86 years, a member of Tennessee Masonic lodge #204 F & AM, having been a member since September 24, 1934 and served two terms on the Philadelphia City Council. He was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Virginia Largen Davidson; parents, Stillman & Anna McCrary Davidson,Sr; brothers, Lee Davidson & Tomie Neal. Survivors: daughters, Melisa Davidson & Billie Davidson of Philadelphia. Graveside services 11 a.m. Friday, Philadelphia Cemetery with Rev. Julian Walton officiating. Family will receive friends 5 - 7 p.m. Thursday, Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Masonic Services immediately following visitation. Loudon Funeral Home in charge. www.loudonfuneralhome.net
